Alvarez' only loss is to an ATG quality fighter. Even his only risk(Alvarez) was carefully picked to favor him. Wake me up when Golovkin takes any risks remotely similar to that.

Canelo thought Mayweather was too old and small for him, but he misjudged him. Isn't Alvarez supposed to be Mr PFP #1 multidivision Champion, future all-time great/ light heavyweight Champ, young and in his prime? Isn't Golovkin 38 years old and considered shot by his critics? How is that for risks? Canelo's big risks have been against older fighters like, Mosley, Cotto, GGG, and Kovolev. Golovkin is looking to fight Canelo who is 29 and in his prime, and the fight will probably be at 168lbs.

I really don’t think we need to see it, especially with how much time has passed

What you think he thought is irrelevant to me. Point is, Alvarez took serious risks to become the superstar he is today. Golovkin, on the other hand, did nothing but devour hopeless bums and use the stupidity of people on social media to his full advantage through highlights. When the time came for him to step up, he started begging Welterweights and Light Middleweights for paydays. When Alvarez fought Khan, he was butchered for it by people like you. When Golovkin fought Brook, it was the greatest fight since Ali vs Foreman for people like you.

GGG was begging no one. The man is rich and was filling up venues. He has a highlight reel of amazing KO'S because that's the kind of fighter he is. The only reason anybody ever followed Floyd was because of his potential bout with Manny. When he finally did fight Manny he managed to turn casuals away from boxing with his boring boxing style. People were actually wanting there money back. Golovkin is exciting, and when he stepped up he was successful, Brook was a replacement fight for Eubank jr, Then he defeated Jacobs and Canelo twice, only to be robbed by the system. The only risks that Canelo took were against GGG, when Canelo mustered up his courage, and a used up Kovalev. Canelo should have lost both GGG fights. Canelo's other times of daring to be great was against old blown up, jr welterweight Miguel Cotto, Lara and Trout, ooh such a scary bunch. Those guys wouldn't have fared much better than Martrosyan.

Really?. Can we talk about how successful his first PPV was against Lemieux which he sold solely based on his "rich" name?.

GGG is STILL the LEGITIMATE Middleweight Champ in my book. Canelo has NEVER LEGITIMATELY beaten him

You dont see Canelo "moving down" to middleweight???? Shoot he claims to be the World Middleweight Champ AGAIN!!!! So whats it going to be this time?? Last time he claimed the WBC title he would only defend it at 155 His C/W No I suppose now that he's juiced up he'll insist on defending the160 title @ 168 pound limit ROFLMAO!! The NSAC crooked bunch would let him do it too. GGG needs to tell him to GET STUFFED he doesnt need him. The majority of boxing people STILL regard GGG as THE REAL CHAMP because Canelo has NEVER Legitimately beaten him Damn this corruption sucks

Lara BEAT Canelo Trout deserved at the very least a draw. Shoot a blind man can see the way the NSAC have protected first Mayweather & now Canelo Its impossible to win a decision over Canelo in Vegas The corruption is blatant they dont even have to try to hide it

Golovkin did well in his own right. To me, the ppv numbers never meant much to me because I just want to see my favorite fighters fight. Looking at the numbers, I can see how marketable Canelo was and is , which clarifies to me even more why the system couldn't let him lose to the Kazakhstani World middleweight champ. So your right, Golovkin was wanting a marketable apponent " not begging" much like Marvin Hagler needed Duran, Hearns, and Leonard. No shame in that ,both great middleweight champions, both wanting marketable apponents.

To be the MW champion today you have to beat Canelo.

No, he didn't do well. Again, what you think is irrelevant and has nothing to do with reality. Realistically, HBO was extremely disappointed in the numbers he generated. It's all about PPVs, selling tickets that are mostly distributed for free isn't what broadcasters look at. It's all about the PPVs. His one and only PPV which he headlined solely based on his name was a massive failure.

Canelo is waiting for GGG to get very very old so he can win for real this time.

WHY ???? Canelo has NEVER LEGITIMATELY beaten GGG. he got 2 "Vegas decisions"
Anyway after roiding up like a mini hulk Canelo couldnt make 160. The NSAC will probably let him defend the 160 title at 168 though
