Do you think they’ve cheated Floyd did take a illegal iv before Manny fight but Manny kept the same speed and power when he moved up 40 pounds

Floyd definitely did. Manny could have, but he did NOT carry his speed and power up to the higher weights. Noticeably slower and his punches don't have the same force.

Both did in my opinion when they moved up. However after they adjusted to 147 i think they stopped

    Both did.

Floyd's head became a bowling ball, he lost his hair, his arms appeared gangly as he went up in weight.

    Manny's head is deformed.

There is undeniable proof Floyd has cheated but it was swept under the carpet. Pac? I have never seen proof of any illegalities. Floyd Sr made those accusations about him but when he threatened to sue they were hastily withdrawn & the Mayweathers apologized cost them a $$$$$ bomb tho but they deserved it

Both did the whole Pac not liking needles ordeal and wanting a cutoff date for testing was very strange.. And Floyd being caught with the IV and being granted a retroactive approval was very strange also..

Yes, they both juiced to the maximum extent that their prodigious wealth and connections allowed them to get away with. Floyd was the bigger hypocrite though, with his whole faux-crusade and holier-than-thou attitude. Not a fan of that sort of behaviour. If you're going to cheat just go about your business; don't try to scam the whole world into believing that you're not cheating.

Holyfield was also very religious and he was clearly roided up. Being religious won’t stop you

Exactly how I looked at it and then guess who was on Floyd’s team for the Pacquiao fight.. ALEX ARIZA.. And I believe that was a key reason Maidana didn’t look as strong in the rematch and Pacquiao had his TUE request denied.. Marquez had enough after 3rd fight and employed similar tactics to adjust to 147 like Pacquiao to have an definitive victory by KO..

Tbh as annoying as Paulie Malinaggi is I definitely feel that he was right stating that everybody was dirty in that era.. Shane Mosley was juiced to the gills against Tony and was strong throughout the rds but was flat after 2 rds vs Floyd(Whom I believe was dirty in this fight) after being strictly tested.. Even Tony being able to withstand Cotto’s initial attacks and get stronger later in the fight to exhaust Cotto was fishy.. We have to look at that era as a whole like baseball in the 90s and judge them accordingly..
