Tyson was obviously a lot more successful, but Jones was freaky in 94, 95.

I'm a huge Tyson fan and I hold him in high regard. I just think Jones more well rounded and accomplished more. Had he never moved down after winning the heavyweight title he might be considered the greatest boxer ever. The fact that he only looked vunerable after going up to 200+ and then draining back to 175 in consecutive fights to me just proved that it was too much for anyones body to handle

You're an idiot.Holmes was 38 years old against Tyson.Holyfield beat the 42 years old Holmes.Seemingly the 42 years old
Holmes was younger than the 38 years old version.

No, but as much as I loved them both if I had to rank them I would have to put Jones a tier higher. What Jones did and dominant fashion in which he did it will likely never happen again

You pointing out a 2 year age discrepancy somehow makes me an idiot yet you then follow up with several irrelevant facts about Holyfield and nothing about Roy Jones. Wow you got me

Hard to say because they had two different styles. Both were clearly physically gifted. Roy's style was more built around dynamic athleticism . The way he moved and could avoid shots while sneaking in shots he shouldn't have is something I've yet to see. Tyson had a amazing speed and defense but it was built around aggression. I'd have to pick roy just because his style revolved more around crazy feats of athleticism, but that doesnt mean it's the right answer. Just my opinion based on my definition of athleticism.
