What did Eubank do to prove he is in the top 10? He was awful v Groves.

Eubank didn`t rip Groves arm out, Groves over extended with his jab pulling him arm out of the socket and Eubank still couldn`t stop him, while Smith would have, 90% of Grove`s punches v Eubank were jabs because he didn`rt really need to use any other shots in there, so Eubank was more or less beaten by a one-armed fighter too.

    How?

    Nearly 31 years old.

He as never won a world title, don't say IBO, Groves took it off him and threw it away.

Every time he been seen to step up a level he has been beaten, BJS and Groves.

His best wins is? an old and past it Abraham? an old and shot DeGale? Korobov's body giving out?

Young CHRIS is a career middleweight who could make 154 if he had to.

In a discussion about top ten lb for lb British fighters, a lad who took BJS to a split decision in his first ever twelve round fight, and who’s only other loss was against a man who outweighed him by thirty odd pounds, who he effectively retired. Suggests this kid is well up there in the lb for lb stakes. Top ten of course, top five quite easily.

boil someone like Joshua down to 160 and the young war machine absolutely steamrolls him, no contest lb for lb. these big stiff chinny heavies never feature in p4p lists for good reason.

amazing how many people cannot get their heads around the concept, although agreed it’s a stupid concept to begin with.

the worst p4p list I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen some dross believe me

you have a big chinny weight bully at number three- the very antithesis of lb for lb

number four you have a big stiff jacked up chinny bodybuilder with a glass heart ffs

and Dillon Whyteleafe in a lb for lb list, the guy weighed 280 pounds last time out.

    Simply a woeful list.

Effectively retired? You mean when Groves put his shoulder out by over extending his jab? How the hell is that something to brag about, he landed hardly anything on Groves he was awful.

Where would you put AJ in your top 10 instead then? Surely you don`t think thre are 10 better fighters in British boxing than AJ!

Probably the best ten I’ve seen so far, drop the weight bully and the jacked up weightlifter and add Young CHRIS in there and you might just have nailed it.

H2H, yes. P4P not a chance. How many times has big Josh been outweighed in his pro career? Young CHRIS is outweighed every time he steps into the ring ffs. A 160lb AJ would QUIT like a dog in there with junior.

A very pessimistic view on what realistically is the best Britain has to offer at the moment.

Not awfully bothered what you think of it, because you've displayed that you don't really get what a p4p list is about. The fighters you've mentioned are all within the top 1-4 in their respective divisions. Good enough for me. No doubt you'd have some bizzare replacements in yours who have achieved nothing in comparison to those you're slagging off

Eubank Jr is nowhere on a p4p list.
All he will be remembered for is losing to Groves & Saunders.
He is fast running out of time to create any kind of legacy.

And to think, at one time he was being touted as being better than FMJ.

Delusion has no limits in the Eubank household.
