66 Ali was probably the fastest version of Ali, but still not as fast as Roy.

Ruiz wasn't skilled either, plenty of big men from older eras were more skilled then him.

THIS. Roy evades, avoids and uses his superior other worldly athleticism to avoid Frazier for eight or nine rounds but will eventually get roughed up and obliterated.

Roy Jones Jr was like a shooting star in the sky, he went up, then crashed down rather early. He did not have longevity on his side at all. His time span was like a blink of an eye, Jones venturing into heavyweight fighting was not an all time great but a ponderous John Ruiz. Nobody, I mean nobody can lose a prime that quick unless he is Benjamin Button. He was very skilled in a very short period of time against rather slow fighters.

Bob Foster would shatter Roy’s fragile Glass Jaw. Frazier likely puts Jones in a coma.

What the hell as Bob Foster beating Jones got to do with anything?

Jones would dance out of range and hit Smoking Joe from every conceivable angle throughout the fight. An easy unanimous decision for the greatest Prime fighter the world has ever seen…All hail the P4P all time king…Roy Jones Junior!

Haha! What the heck do you call a long reign at the top then?? The guy went 15 years unbeaten apart from a DQ against Montell G, which he addressed in the next fight by KOing him in a couple of rounds.
1989-2004 he wasn’t even put on the deck, never mind lost a fight! He started to slow down around 2000/2001 but he still carried on winning. But by 2004 his reflexes had diminished enough to leave him as a mere mortal. But his prime was pretty damn long for a guy who depended mainly on speed and reflexes!

Strictly my own personal opinion as you are entitled to yours. So Roy Jones Jr has a heavyweight title by beating John Ruiz, that is one victory for a heavyweight title. Joe Frazier took down many heavyweights, including Muhammad Ali in 1971, Jimmy Ellis in 1970 and took down the defending undisputed World Light Heavyweight Champion Bob Foster on Nov 18 1970, in two rounds. You can be sold on Roy Jones but not everyone is going to think like you or I, try to remember that. I am not on the Jones Band Wagon.
