Between probably the two greatest ever at 118, who wins this war?

Do you mean at 122? Neither was at 118 all that long and didn’t register any significant wins there.

At 122, Gomez wins. Better fighter and Barrera catches a bit much to beat Gomez at his peak.

Agree 100%. Funny thing is I don't like Bazooka and I am a fan of MAB, but Gomez is the atg at 122 imho.

Yeah 122 was the weight class I had in mind, my mistake.

Great fight but Gomez is a step above in terms of talent IMO

Gomez was a force of nature at 122. He beats anyone ever at that weight IMO, and by KO.

Gomez batters and stops MAB more thoroughly than did Pac. At 122 Bazooka was peerless, as MAB would painfully find out.

In this bout...Puerto Rico vs Mexico, Gomez would show himself to be what he was known for being at 122...a sadist who loved his work.

Gomez takes Barrera apart at 122.
