Is it true Whyte isn't even sparring? He must have lost his mind.

I read somewhere that he is in Portugal and basically has no sparring set up at all.

Whyte is currently one of the big five in the division due to his long series of wins, but three of the best ones are dodgy, and he looked like garbage against Wach. Yeah, Povetkin is 40, but outside of Fury and and Joshua, he has the best resume in heavyweight boxing. The man who wins this is going to be the man who improves on his last performance.

Doesn't sound like it is going to be Whyte.

Don't see it going well for him if he ain't getting rounds in.
He did get rid of his trainer a couple of weeks or months ago so that could be an explanation

He's a strange one. No world title and made 10's of millions and managing other prospects? Weird.

If the slug like fat tub of crap version of Whyte that showed up and was almost sparked out by Wach, turns up here, he gets flattened in 5 or less by The Russian Vityaz, even this old gassy decrepit version.

If Povetkin was prime he would flatten Whyte in 2.
If Whyte loses I want to see him fight Helenius.

They say Povetkin is using Chisora and Allen, probably the best UK sparring options for this matchup. That's funny.

Whyte has had one of the smartest career trajectories in history.

I don't rate him at all and I expect Povetkin to beat him tbh.

Whyte doesn't have the frame to come in heavy. Needs to get below 250, it shows in his performances.
