Carl Frampton- would be great of he became a 3 weight world champ. He's been unlucky with the Herring fight. Joe Cordina- Has looked better down at super feather, he's definitely a talent but not sure how good he is yet. Martin J Ward - has a lot of talent, technically very good. But is chinny so would have to be against the right opponent. Anthony Cacace - very good underrated fighter Archie Sharp - another talented fighter that could possibly go all the way. (Sam Bowen has moved up to Lightweight) Multiple choice poll
Wouldn't rule out Frampton beating Herring but his best days are clearly behind him. Cordina looks quality and could become good enough to reach the top. Archie Sharp could win a world title as long as it's a vacant WBO world title. Warren is good at delivering them for his fighters. Barrett and Cacace both good fighters but doubt they'll reach the top heights, particularly Cacace as I think he's already in his 30s. Would've liked to have seen Barrett vs Sharp but unlikely now that Barrett has joined Matchroom.
Cordina. Zelfa losing to someone of Ronnie the Wrong 'Uns level has made me believe that he lacks what it takes to cut it at that level but I could be wrong. Frampton looks done to me.
Frampton is still good enough to bag another title. Out of the new crop of up and comers, I think Cordina is the one that could deliver on world level.
I honestly don't see Cordina winning a title against a solid world class fighter. Maybe if he's matched right, he has skills but I just don't see him hitting the heights of a top world level fighter. Hopefully I'm proven wrong as would love to see another UK fighter on the world scene.
