I don’t think the fight would last long enough for Frazier to use his stamina advantage, I doubt Frazier would pressure mike since mike was so much quicker and hit a lot harder. Their styles would make it a toe to toe fight where Tyson would win because of his advantages over Frazier
I wouldn't class him as "smaller". He was 6'2 218 pounds when he stepped in the ring with Tyson, irrespective of what his "natural" weight was. Now if he could beat Tyson as a 190 pounder on fight night, then I'd class him as being "smaller"
By (minus 10lbs weight) nobody but Holy was 7 lbs lighter on the first fight. On the rematch Holy wasn't good at all and otherwise they were 218 pounds.
Tony Galento is hilarious to watch. I honestly wouldn't pick him against any half decent HW of the past forty years. He's got the boxing skills of someone from the UFC in the mid-nineties.
Eye test. Tyson was faster, harder hitting and physically tougher (not mentally) than Frazier, and matched up incredibly well for him stylistically. I wouldn't say he'd smash Frazier, not like the way he smashed his son, but I can't see Frazier lasting too long without drastically altering his come forward style. Frazier would be eating some serious uppercuts from Mike early doors, and I can't see him reacting to them any better than he reacted to the ones that Foreman landed.
