It is very good for Loma if he is actually willingly to cut his purse to make the fight. This, of course, will add to his reputation and image. And it'll give him extra motivation to win. For Loma, defeating Lopez and snatch his IBF belt also will give him access to more advantage and negotiation power in the future. I think Loma should cut $250k. Not more than that. It's alright if Loma takes a slight cut to make this happen. If/when he wins he may be able to finally entice TEAM duck to allow a Tank/Loma bout to come to fruition. Loma would more than make up the loss in revenue from Loma/Lopez in a bout like that.

If Loma does give up enough to make Teo accept, then I expect him to punish Teo for it. Loma is chilled out but I sometimes sense that there is a very cold and mean side when he gets in there with his opponents sometimes.
