Shannon was better defensivley and offensively. She landed the cleaner more effective shots and showed great character coming back from an early mistake. Ball looked out of her depth which was impressive from Shannon being the much smaller fighter. Balls reaction showed even she was surprised to win the fight, she had a nice bruise on her left eye socket too. She looks good and talks well would not be surprised if Eddie simply thinks she is a more marketable prospect.
