100% agree. Sometimes you look at a fighter who struggles at a weight and think "where is this weight coming off from" because they are ripped, look really tight, you just can't see how they could lose anymore weight. But him, FFS he has what I believe they call "A Dad Bod"... he looks like a middle aged man who likes a drink.

Is it that hard for a professional athlete to stay in shape ? It doesn’t take that much to stay in shape if that is your job. It ain’t like he has to wake up at 5 am to make it Into the office .
