Both AJ and fury are two time heavyweight world champions many believe AJ will beat fury and vice versa. But before the fight happens and AJ gets completely schooled and made to look silly in a complete shut out performance or quite possibly quits leaning on the ropes ( it's happened before) to all the AJ fans who think they know levels when it comes to boxing just let this sink in.

Fury first world title win was against wladimir Klitschko the unified heavyweight hall of fame fighter who had reigned supreme for 10 years who was at the time unbeatable not only did fury school him in one of the most underated performances by a Brit ever he did this Infront of 50000 Klitschko fans in Germany.

To win the world heavyweight title for a second time fury had to beat deontay wilder, this is the man who previous to fighting fury had one of the longest winning title defence records in history had knocked out every single fighter he had fought and someone who will most likely go down as a top 3 hardest hitter in heavyweight history, deontay wilder had been without doubt the scariest heavyweight champion since Mike Tyson . Not only did fury beat him he completely destroyed him!!!

Now for Joshua to win a world title he had to ,.,........

    Drum roll.,..,..........

Beat in London, the mighty Charles ( I walk this earth like a god) Martin - for those who are not familiar with this legend of the sport just visit box rec and look and the incredible resume he had before AJ beat him......

Now this is even more impressive to win a 2nd world title AJ had to do the impossible and beat a man of 6 foot who weighed a butterbean esq 20 stone now this was impressive how AJ out worked and out moved Ruiz was incredible!!!!

It's a close call I just cant decide who has the more impressive victories!!!!

    Hearn messed up with Joshua.

AJ could have been a huge star in the United States, on par with Connor McGregor.

He tried to offer Wilder a flat fee, haha.

AJ has an easier route but he did what he had to, ultimately. And part of that included passing a drug test

I think Fury has a real advantage, but it isn't as one-sided as all that. Joshua did what he had to do, and put together a marvelous string of defenses when fury was sick.

Intimately, Fury beat the better version of Klitschko, he beat his fellow "big three" guy Wilder, and he remains undefeated.

Joshua has a damn sight more depth to the resume.

Two good guys. I think it will be Fury, but let the better man win.

Lol at the OP comments on Wilder.

Do yourself a favour comprehend who Wilder beat to win the HW title, who he then defended it against and then ask yourself if that guy was the scariest HW champion since Mike Tyson? That's some straight up BS.

No I'm just saying what every boxing journalist, critic pundit fighter etc was saying before fury dismantled him, it doesn't matter who was on Wilders resume he was putting people to sleep everytime he landed, pre fury wilder would have done the same to AJ without doubt if a fat man like Ruiz can make him look like Bambi I dread to think what wilder would have done.

I think it will be a good fight personally, I don’t see a massive gulf.

I do personally like the fact AJ has been in with a good number of the top 10. Fury fights some absolute cans in Schwartz and Wallin, fights you shouldn’t take when you reach elite level. But beating Wlad and Wilder x2 are definitely the best wins out of any active heavyweight.

Would like to see him put it on AJ would be a cracker of a fight. AJ does counterpunch far better than the more basic (but much harder hitting Wilder), so Fury would need to be slightly more educated in his pressure than he had to be vs Wilder. Seems like Fury can beat the top fighters in a number of ways now.

I know Whyte deserves his shot. Wish Fury would vacate so we could have Whyte Wilder and Fury AJ immediately

No, Ruiz knocked him stupid, that’s why America don’t look at him like he’s the second coming

History gets rewritten when it comes to propping up/defending wilder on here.he went the distance to win his title against stiverne who is no better than Martin let's be honest.then went through the whole roster of middle of the road pbc fighters for his record of defences ffs.

Just would like to know where Joshua's destructive power has gone. Seems to have lost some of his explosive speed. I just hope he don't go back into the gym with Phil Heath and Dwayne Johnson again.

He’s still got that power, he’s just a lot more cautious in letting his hands go.

It’s currently swings and roundabouts for me..

I’m sure Fury fans would like him to have AJ’s resume of 9 world title fights.

I’m sure AJ fans would like him to have Fury’s impressive TKO7 over Wilder on his resume.

I’m sure Fury fans would like to see Whyte, Povetkin, Parker and Ruiz Jnr on their mans wafer thin CV.

I’m sure AJ fans would like their man to still be unbeaten and have claim to the ‘lineal’ heavyweight crown.

With different referees, Fury would of probably taken a TKO cuts loss to Wallin and a TKO 12 loss to Wilder.

Joshua quit against Ruiz Jnr and now has a huge question over his heart. Fury has proven to be a fighter who has no quit in him.

Fury is a convicted PED cheat who should have the blemish of a NC against Christian Hammer on his resume.

Joshua appears to have a carefully manufactured public persona that is creaking under scrutiny of racist undertones.

Neither man is close to unbeatable and both clearly flawed individuals. I’m sure that they will fight in 2022 but I don’t believe that we see them fight each other for the undisputed championship.

Couple of points here. You say Fury ‘has no quit in him,’ yet he pulled out of the Ustinov fight because his uncle had the flu or something.

Also, Joshua’s ‘racist undertones’ get mentioned but not Fury’s absolutely blatant there for all to see hatred for gays? Seems a bit one-sided. Then in addition you’ve got all his nonsense about women belonging in the kitchen and Jewish conspiracy guff.

Come on @TonyHayers help yourself out a bit mate. Pulling out of a fight is not quitting is it? Especially, when in the ring Fury has got off the floor against Pajkic, Cunningham, Wilder x 2 and fought on with 2 severe cuts and only one eye against Wallin.

As for Fury’s personal views... yes I agree that all that Old Testament fire and brimstone stuff and Gypsy tradition is far worse than AJ’s racial indiscretions. I think his entire mental health rhetoric now gets him a free pass when it comes to his past PED conviction and personal opinions.

That’s fair comment but I’d still question it. I just think he had a late opponent and didn’t fancy it. He’d been up to that point very much a fighting man, ‘just give me a ring and a ref, any time, any day, anywhere.’ Then ‘oh hang on my uncle’s feeling poorly and I’m very close to him so, er, bye.’
