It's an exaggeration; but Wilder did experience an awakening when Fury hit him hard. Wilder built up the idea in his head that Fury can't hurt him. Fury went straight at him and hit him with hard jabs, it shook Wlder's narrative.
Wilder kept trying to fight though. He did not give up.

Wilder was pacing around his changing rooms like a madman. The eyes were popping out of his head before the bout started...then when Fury smashed that big jab into him and walked at him it was pure terror.

He actually managed to land two big right hands in the first 2 rounds but Fury didn't even flinch lmao.

Wilder got buzzed in the first fight with Fury just jib jabbing him so he can't lie to himself thinking Fury wouldn't be able to hurt him.

Riiiiight, but Wallin almost beat him on cuts hahahh . You guys are insane now when overrateing Fury. He had 2 good fights and a lot of mediocre ones but now he's a big, bad KO artist that intimidates everybody? Stop, full stop. He's a nandrolone cheat who has never defended a belt and is trying to avoid his mandatory

Wallin has more balls in him than Wilder, way more complete as a fighter, bad comparison, cuts can stop anyone

I'm no fan of Wilder, but what makes you so salty about him? You really sound like you have a major chip on your shoulder.
What's your issue? I mean really? It's obviously a personal thing.

Yes, cuts can stop anyone. But not anyone who is rated 81st in the world, should be able to go 12 rounds with the supposed "best heavyweight out there" haha. Fury is massively overrated and his fall will be worse than Wilder's was.

    No, no, no.

UKAD backed down from adjudication, admitting that they would lose and go out of business because they botched the case by sitting for 16 months. Fury maintains his innocence, and nothing was ever proven otherwise.

Fury's "suspenison" was bogus "time served" for his cocaine use, and not the four years UKAD wanted. He never served an actual day for PEDS. UKAD claimed that they were having the Hammer fight reversed, when in fact, no such reversal is recognized by the WBC, Boxrec, or anyone else that I know of.

We can keep repeating these FACTS again and again.

As for defenses, belts are meaningless anyway. Fury has the best record in heavyweight boxing, full stop. He is trying to "avoid" his mandatory because , as long as Wilder wants it, Fury is contractually obligated to fight him, and then Fury wants the fight that the entire boxing community wants, which is of course Joshua.

I for one hope he gets to Whyte (or Povetkin, as things pan out) in 2021, as it would be a fine fight. But let's not be ridiculous. Fury is honoring a contract and then trying to give boxing fans what they want to see. In what bizzaro world is that wrong?

I'm in the world where Fury and his handlers are saying that they want a tune up before the Wilder fight, but they don't want it to be against Whyte. They are also saying that they don't want to fight Whyte after the Wilder fight either. And if they don't then Fury will be stripped, or he will have to vacate. These are facts too. Also, wild boars testicles don't give you nandrolone hahaha just like tainted Mexican beef doesn't give you Clenbuterol. Fury has never defended a belt. Another fact. He has only fought 2 guys in the top 33 in the world right now. Another fact. He keeps kissing men on the lips in the ring, another fact. I could go on and on, but you'd probably just start ignoring facts now that they are not in your favor. Right?

And as I have said, I would like to see the Whyte (or Povetkin) fight. But the problem is going to the the same as the Wilder fight--the money isn't there right now. No live gates. It makes no promotional sense to do a big fight.

If Fury does not get Whyte/Povetkin done by the end of 2021, then you have a point. But the most we are going to see this year is Agit Kabayel unless someone can make some money, and that is just a fact. There is a virus, you know?

Because they want to do the bigger, more important fight with Joshua. He has said that he will defend against Whyte on Youtube. But it is going to take some time, and that is all.

Strange, strange world when you want him to defend against Whyte rather than the unified champion who beat Whyte. Most people have a lot more perspective. Stop looking at the tree and see the forest.

Who the hell cares? This is a belt that recently was being defended against Molina, Duhaupas and Szpilka. Doesn't matter.

I am not sure that you really understand. UKAD declined to have this adjudicated, AND THAT IS A FACT. There isn't a case, here. They claimed that there was a failed test, but it doesn't legally exist. Nor was any actual penalty inflicted on Mr. Fury for it.

Also, I am trying to be respectful, but the "ha ha" stuff degrades the debate. It just looks silly.

Again, who cares? He is fighting the best.

He has beaten two of the three biggest rivals of this era, and is hard-targeting the third. For some really bizarre reason, you think that is a bad thing.

He is comfortable with who he is. Have you seen his wife, by the way?

People always say this when they are out of gas.

There aren't any facts not in my favor. Fury is undefeated, has beaten two of the three main rivals of his era, is hard-targeting the third, and has pissed clean dozens of times after the alleged but unproven failed test, including 6-8 times before Kltischko, so he is doing it clean as a whistle.

ATG in the making. And a quite wealthy one, at that, with an amazing wife and family.

And again, I hope he does fight the winner of Whyte/Povetkin, as soon as feasible.

Wow, you are majorly deluded. I had no idea. Yeah I saw his wife. From what I understand, it's his 3rd cousin. No, I'd like to see Fury fight Wilder, Whyte AND AJ. But if he doesnt fight Whyte, no doesn't have the WBC belt. And no belt, no AJ fight. Do you get THAT?? Point blank, Fury is a steroid cheat, a con man and a guy who has only 2 good names on his entire resume. And he is currently trying to avoid a mandatory. None of that makes him great. Whyte is a live dog who could beat him, that's why Wilder avoided him for years now and Fury is doing the same cowardly thing. Also, what happened to the lie that Fury put out there saying that he didnt care about money? Didn't he lie and say he donated his entire purse from the first Wilder fight to charity? Now all of a sudden, someone like Whyte is "not a draw" so Fury can't fight him. When Fury had no problem fighting Wallin in front of 7k fans, half of which had comped seats hahahah. And the hahaha is for effect

Actually quite the other way around. Now, I told you that I was trying to be respectful, but don't play the fool.

Playing the fool. Nothing to respond to here.

Then you shouldn't have a problem, but Whyte has to get in line and wait until this virus has run its course. Period.

We'll see about that. Money makes things happen.

This is just your opinion, and not really what you are going on about in the first place. The thing that is going to make Fury-Joshua is MONEY. M-O-N-E-Y. No one cares about a belt that until recently was being defended against the Molina's of the world. Thing looks like it is made from torn-up coke cans anyway.

This is where you are wrong. It was not adjudicated. No such test to prove so legally exists because UKAD was afraid to bring it to court.

Two of the three best names of his era, and targeting the third. Good, good man.

To fulfill a contract and make a much more important fight. Most of the rest of the world gets that.

He is great by ending Klitschko's legendary reign, and beating Wilder. Period.

Probably not. Povetkin is a live dog who may beat Whyte. In any event, I would like to see Whyte get a shot in turn.

Again, this is playing the fool. Wilder wanted to fight guys like Breazele and Washington, Fury wants Joshua. You are only pretending that you don't understand this. You would be a simpleton not to.

    What difference does it make?

Not even worth addressing. It is just flailing.

This was a tune-up fight when he had no belt. Again, what difference does it make?

And again, I have tried to be as respectful as possible, but the "ha, ha, ha" makes you look like and idiot. It really does. Just stop and make your bad arguments without the faux bravado.

Boxing is a very mental game.

Wallin had no fear...Wilder did. That alone is massive.

First of all, Fury fought the perfect fight, which took Wilder completely out of his fight plan. Wilders corner had no answer because they did not train for any other contingencies. If Fury fought the same as he did in the first fight, then Wilder would have still been dangerous well into the late part of the fight. Fury intelligently took that advantage away from him. Showed Wilder as a one dimensional fighter and pummled him until the stoppage. Don't know if it was fear or lack of knowing what to do. Either way, boy got whooped!
