I think I understand what you are trying to say... however here is the difference:

Manny Pacquiao doesn’t go to every single media outlet and say he’s better than Ali and Sugar Ray Robinson. Manny doesn’t go around complaining that people don’t rate him high enough or whine that people are being unfair to him.

Floyd does.

You can’t say that you are the best ever, like Floyd says, when you abuse illegal IV’s, and cherry pick your career. That’s the difference and I promise you if Manny did that people would call him on it as well.

You forgot Morales after coming in from a embarrassing defeat by Raheem, and Hatton coming from getting ktfo by Mayweather.

floyd clearly - clearly - deserves to be compared to the very best because he proved that he wasn't just the best boxer of his era, but comfortably the best boxer of his era.
a lot of people love to hate floyd because he dismantled their favourite fighters, or because he flaunts himself as TBE, and so on.
these people, you won't be able to reach because they feel emotionally invested in their dislike of him.

From my experience, the people who dislike Floyd dislike him because of his antics off the ring. The guy is a multiple time convicted woman beater. You can't really blame them for that. Especially if you take into account his style of boxing. He's a patient puncher during his boxing matches yet somehow can't control his fists when confronted by untrained females? It's justified to dislike him as a person.
