Can he get back to 160 or does he angle for a rematch with Chavez Jnr at 168?

From his recent victory it is apparent that he can still throw punches in bunches, he still has a great straight left to the body and his timing with his right hook counter is still there albeit this was all against mediocre opposition. His mobility is poor and he looked stiff legged at times but he certainly didn't look like a 45 year old in terms of punch output.

I would like to see him have another relatively easy fight before going in with the likes of lemieux to see what he can do at international level.

Thoughts on who Martinez should fight in the next 12-18 months?

Fight a few more Spanish Euro level journeymen, maybe a Brit journeyman or fringe contender or two, angle for a match with De La Hoya and retire. He's shouldn't be anywhere near an opponent in the Top 15, maybe even Top 20.

Im sure I read somewhere Oscar wants some Sergio. Oscar is planning his comeback and Sergio is being mentioned.

Should be a good money fight for Martinez if it happens, he should take it, Oscar is shot to pieces.

Oscar was a great fighter but should only be thinking about fighting Conor McGregor where he should win and make lots of money, I think Martinez would comfortably stop Oscar as despite his bad legs he hasn't spent his time away abusing his body like the Golden Boy. That being said, I would still gladly watch them fight.
