u guys are so sure haye will knock oleg out??? sam peter was able to knock wlad down 3 times but wasnt able to drop maskaev... david haye hasnt proven squat as hw, yet ur so sure he can take a big right hand from oleg :rofl we'll see. :hi:
So Haye talks about how great his opponent is going to be and then we hear Oleg Maskaev? atsch Is he serious? Maybe the Brits will buy into Haye's verbal crap but I sure as hell won't. Haye is all talk and has a Glass Jaw and will bet starched as soon as he fights a legit Top 10 Heavyweight.
I think its you who will see :rofl and oh i forgot :hi: Haye is far faster and has superiour technical skills to peter, unless you are blind ????
Haye has speed and power. No one says he's s top 10 pound 4 pound (yet) so I fail to see why he's overrated. He has flaws in his style but him coming to heavy is exactly what it needs Right now he appears to be the fastest heavyweight out there with hands that crack. How someone could say overrated, I'd love to hear..
He said he will fight a top 10 ranked opponent and if this fight does happen he will be doing exactly what he promised. atsch
Why is Maskaev suched a bad fight? Most of the top fighters are unavailable anyway as they already have fights scheduled, Wlad, Peter, Rahman, Toney, Povetkin, Thompson, Chagaev are all either fighting or injured. He's still world ranked and was a world champion one fight ago, I don't think it's such a bad first fight considering his options are limited.
Anyone who thinks Haye should fight McCall has a serious death wish for Mr.Haye. Ain't no way in ****ing hell he's gonna be able to shake McCall, let a lone knock him down :yikes
I think a fight with Ibragimov would be the best, could you imagine the hype it would generate for a potential Haye-Klitschko fight if Haye were to blow him away in the first few rounds.
Lets be fair even if he faced anybody who wasn't american, some americans were always going to have a pop at him.
both coming off losses as well. oleg has the trump card of being a world champ as recently as this year. seriously, mccline? mccall would be an alright shout from a style test POV for haye but mccline? what has that fat mofo done to deserve another payday?
Good point, but i think i would prefer him to test the waters with the less threatening Oleg first. If he blasts Oleg out early, proving that he has carried up his power from cruiserweight well, then i think Ibragimov would be a great second fight at heavyweight for Haye.
