Cooper would flatten Galento like he did Joe Savage

The difference is that Galento was a real boxing contender and Joe Savage was nobody.

Seems Bonavena is the most favored. I knew he was popular but this is unexpected. I thought Peter would have more votes.

Huh? Weaver was only 6' 1", but mainly Ringo weighed near & sometimes over what Weaver did.
All muscle, Weaver was not big even compared to his contemporaries, he was just low body fat & very defined.

Oh, come on! So does that mean Ali was 7 foot as well? And how tall were Liston and Terrell?

According to your logic they were if Satterfield was 6ft 2 then Williams is 7ft....
Williams was never 6ft5 let alone 6ft 7 since he is 5 inches taller than Bob and Bob is "6ft 2"!

What do you think of the height measurements on wikipedia, boxrec, and google?

    Lie!
They said Williams is 6ft 3 and Satterfield is 6ft2....but Satterfield is shorter for atleast 4-5 inches!
Just like I belive that Ernie Terrell had bigger reach than Sonny Liston!
Ernie is bigger, wider, taller and had longer hands.

You had all of my picks except I picked Briggs to bear Whyte and I'd lean towards Bonavena beating Peter.

Can we not turn this into another goddamn Cleveland Williams thread? This is exactly why I didn't include him.

I have to apologize. I checked boxrec and ur right about Satterfield. I think it's an error. I think Cleve was 6 foot 3, but ur right, Cleve is much taller, by at least 3 or 4 inches. I have to give u credit here.
