Ward's idea of defensive skills was firing off a sneaky shot from the outside and then immediately lunging in head first and grabbing onto his opponent like a gay octopus so they couldn't catch him with a counter or ducking his head down between his knees or ankles so there was no legal target to hit unless you have the reach of an orangutan lol

Bika fight made me **** as he was getting a taste of his own medicine & didn't like it.. Dana White was even considering screening this one.. god bless bika for taking those elbows & armbars graciously & reciprocating with headers a Scottish midfielder would be proud of

So you can access nature. Go hiking, kayaking, cooking over the fire. Being in the mountains, on the beach, not on your couch. No electronics. It refreshes your soul, and is a ton of fun. Not to mention a safe activity during the pandemic.

Watch it back and focus solely on Postol's jab. Which he nailed Ramirez with consistently. Yes Ramirez hurt him once or twice, but that's two rounds that maybe could go to Ramiez. The sport doesn't work like that. You can drop a guy 10 times in one round, and lose the rest of the rounds, you still lose.

Postol's defense was on point, many of the shots Ramirez was landing was being parried or blocked. And Postol's jabs and one two were immaculate. I thought he did the better work. For what it's worth, I prefer Ramirez's fighting style easily to Postol's and I enjoy his matches far more, so I was being fair.
