I know, it's not what most would agree with, but I don't care. I'm very happy with 1-7, then after that it's a toss up between the three I named and a couple others.

Hearns punched as hard as any fighter in history, his one punch KO over Shuler was quite rare therre weren`t that many one punch KO artists down the years plus he was able to stop a light heavy despite starting at welter, he also destroyed Duran in 2 rounds, at welter his power was devastating plus he ws one of the greatest finishers of all-time.

I think Fitzsimmons is a good pick as an overall puncher and finisher. In terms of raw power he was probably ungunned by guys like Joe Choynski and Bob Satterfield

I really just want to judge of fighters there’s extensive coverage of and exclude heavyweights so I’ll say:

    Bob Foster
    Julian Jackson
    Alfonso Zamora
    Carlos Zarate
    Danny Lopez
    Ruben Olivares
    Pipino Cuevas
    Tommy Hearns
    Felix Trinidad
    Edwin Rosario
    Sugar Ray Robinson

Off the top. I’m sure I’m missing plenty. I’m sure a lot of guys are within 1% of each other.

Couple other guys who warrant a mention are Walcott, Shavers, Arguello, Olivares, Saddler and Ketchel

Arguello has to be in there. From 126-140 he produced legendary KOs at every stop. Could break your body the same way he could break your chin. And, his power never wavered as the fight wore on. Only his opponent did.
