Seem a few threads here recenty saying Sultan Ibragimov beats Fury or if Wlad returns he beats him, I personally doubt either do, but who can, or who comes close ?

I'm pretty confident that AJ will beat him - a couple of things may suggest otherwise, but I just believe he's got what it takes to beat Fury

He has a confidence problem, he’s started boxing more because he’s been banjoed behind closed doors, that confidence will show in the gloves are off or rather lack of it. Fury is The superior ones Daddy, it’ll show before the fight

The conception at the top has issues.

    AJ - Confidence, mediocre chin
Wilder - Glass chin, can't box
    Povetkin - he's 40 year old.

If Fury wants a real fight, pick Dubios, Hrgovic, or Joyce.

Fury could beat himself with drug tests or rehab.

Wilder came closest. Though weirdly it wasn't much different to Cunningham, Fury popped back up and got back to work.
Still, Wilder might have won the first by British Diving Grapple Stoppage if the fight had been in London, so I still give him the best chance.
It's almost like Fury is the only one still worried about Wilder and everyone else in the boxing industry thinks it's a foregone conclusion.
Wilder could KO him, it wouldn't be that surprising to me considering the hits and near misses even in the rematch.

I think there's a 95% chance he has Wilder's number and the third fight will be an even bigger beating if it happens at all. In the remaining 5%, the timelines where it really was the costume, are some really interesting fights.

Fury is great but he has a tendency to cut even against mid level guys and can be knocked down. I think the first one to beat him will be a real aggresive swarmer type. Until he loses a step the sluggers of the division aren't going to get it done, though they all have some small chance.

I honestly believe Wilder had the best chance in the first fight, Fury was at 70% at best and still (imo won) Drew. But I believe a fluid skilled boxer like Usyk has the best chance but even then it's only a chance. AJ is big and strong but I don't think he believes he could beat him, his confidence could be he issue.

I think Joshua v fury is a 50-50 fight depending on how Joshua approaches it and how he does against pulev. A good win there by ko would set him up well for the fury fight.

At heavyweight anyone can lose, just takes the right well placed shot. That being said Fury on his best night should be a favorite against the rest of the group. That being said Fury is his own worst enemy, and a less than motivated Fury could certainly be upset or put in a bad showing at the wrong time

Fury hit Wilder with a medium level shot, and his legs turned into spaghetti. Ortiz if he was 3 year younger would have beaten Wilder. Lucky for Wilder he gassed. I never said he quit. What do you think of his excuses on the Fury loss?

On Wilder he did not beat ONE Ring Magazine top ten ranked contender under the age of 36. He avoided Povetkin, plain and simple and has too many yahoo fans like yourself accepting his belt miking title opponents. Shall I press on?

It's more the way he looks whilst beating them for me, Noel. I definitely don't think Joshua beats him. Fury not only is a better out-boxer, he's a better pressure fighter with a better chin, bigger heart and just overall more talented. If he can't take Wilder's shots, then I think he can take Joshua's too.

He's gotten up from one the hardest Punchers ever. Twice now. He's also shown he's not too bothered by his power in the rematch, and can change his style to match the opponent in front of him. Add to the fact that most heavyweights are much smaller than him, and some are both smaller and slower, and I just can't see many beating him. I definitely can't see twenty guys beating him. Even before the Wilder rematch. I think that plenty could beat him, y'know, guys like Foreman, Liston, Bowe, prime Wlad, Holyfield &c; the five guys I'd pick as locks to beat him are:

    Mike Tyson
    Muhammad Ali
    Larry Holmes
    Joe Louis
    Lennox Lewis

....... or maybe I'm just being into the hype. :eusa_dance:
