    No thanks.

I dont mind a weight shift up but last thing boxing needs is another weight and fifty more belts further watering it down.

Go back to 190 CWs, and don't add anything. While your at it, get rid of most of the ******* divisions.

no extra weightclasses, and just push some of the weights up.
    LHW 185lbs
    SMW 175lbs
    MW 165lbs
    LMW 158lbs
    etc...

    Why?
    Just to confuse things?
Get rid of the jr and super divisions.
    Maybe even 105.

    112, 118, 126, 135, 147, 160, 175, 190, 210, 210+

10 weight classes. Room for everyone.

Not a fan of this personally, it would just reduce the depth of challengers at Cruiser and Heavy - keep things as they are!

We already have 11 weight divisions... Unless CleneloWeight is no longer.

That's even better, but be real here... never gonna happen in a million years, no matter how much the real fans want that.
If I was in charge of boxing, definitely! But that's just fantasy. My option at least has a chance of happening.

The most likely scenario is just a new division at 220 or so.

Yep, exactly what most fans don't want, but the alphabet orgs do ($$$).

    Such a stupid idea.

And that makes it awkward for anybody who wants to box for the prestigious heavyweight championship, but weighs slightly under the 220. No problem for some who weigh a few pounds under, but those who weigh 10 pounds under or so will be bloating themselves up unnecessarily.

Tony Belloo is such a tosser!

No need to change anything, they could even lower the cw limit by 5 lbs and it would still be ok. Hw has always been a big bunch of fat asses like ali, holmes, whyte, povetkin, kownacki and so on. Generally most boxers are way to fat and could easy trim down on weight. It is no wonder that the p4p stars are usually those who actually diet properly like canelo and then they of course win titles in 4 instead of 2 weight classes. If everybody would diet like mayweather, pac or canelo these guys would be average world champs with max 2 weight class titles.

If they add a new weight class wouldn't it make more sense to have heavyweight and super heavyweight like the amateurs.

Personally would rather not have another weight and more pointless belts.

We forgetting about guys like Lewis, K bros, Valuev, Fury and Joshua?
Those guys are huge, even the ones who could loose a few extra lbs.
