Who has ggg beat that gives you any indication that he would beat hopkins?

Stfu you ignorant fool. Ggg couldn't even beat Canelo. He's too small for hopkins not good enough not skilled enough. Hopkins gives ggg a boxing lesson hes the better more proven fighter.

Golovkin has never fought anyone as good as Hopkins. He isn't going to out box Hopkins, he isn't going to out work him and he isn't knocking him out that's for damn sure.

Golovkin is far too easy to hit, Hopkins would have a field day landing lead rights and counter punches from all angles. Imagine what Canelo did to GGG but doing it for the full 3 mins of every round instead for a minute of every round.

Golovkin's big weapons, the jab, the power, the ability to cut off the ring the pressure, Hopkins has answers for them all, he's a master and defusing big punchers, taking away their weapons and leaving them impotent. He'd slip and move making GGG miss all night, he'd smother Golvokin up close when he tries to pressure controlling the pace of the fight, he'd use GGG's aggression against him, walking him into counters. Then when Golovkin is ready, turn the screw and start putting a beat down on GGG down the stretch.

    Hopkins wide UD.

Trinidad would be tee off on Golovkin's chin and make it crack.

A questionable win at that. His next best win was against a small MW Derevyanchenko, which was another questionable win.

Prime GGG was getting outboxed by a shot career Super Weletrweight Ouma.

Too much logic, very little emotion. Some of these fanatics won't comprehend.

Joke poll. Hopkins was superb, GGG not in the same league.
(and i used to be an ardent hater of X).
BTW those voting for GGG by KO are very blind.

Hopkins in his prime and extended prime had problems with speed.. If you had faster hands and feet then you can beat him. If not it was going to be a long night. 1 must remember Hopkins was a big MW and GGG would also be at a 3 inch heigh disadvantage. Hopkins would jab and bore this fight to a UD.. Hopkins would of had a harder time against Sergio than GGG.

Yep you needed to be exceptionally quick of hand and foot to get off first on Hopkins and then be gone to not be countered and mauled up close on the inside where Hopkins was one the best of his generation along with Toney. GGG is no RJJ.

Ggg makes life difficult with his jab strength and ability to cut off the ring.... Bhop ambushes him with alot of brilliantly timed counter rights and holding... Or would he try and swarm ggg and win the fight on the inside which may be a better tactic .... No one getting stopped here.... Could fight ten times and can see it being a sd win for the other each time

Neither fighter out of their depth
