Interesting to see whether Aydamn will be back to hype up Chisora and then disappear again if Chisora gets destroyed.

At least Usyk is fighting again. Let’s hope he isn’t battered from all that sparring with Dave Allen.

This is at best a very good chief support contest.

Clearly the main event will start at 9pm as the pubs kick out at 10pm. If they are still open at that point.

The man's greed and contempt for the fans knows no bounds and while this an interesting fight not in ANY climate should it be PPV.
Wasn't impressed by Usyk in his HW debut, he'll win this though, should give us some idea of how he'd fare against the likes of AJ, Fury and Wilder.

Journeyman Dull Boy Chisora still raking in the PPV Loot in conjunction with Toe Productions.

Watch the presser for the rehearsed acting to reel in the PPV Mugths

To be fair, if you consider this from a promotional point of view given the current circumstances, this probably needs to be PPV to be a viable undertaking, especially without the takings from a live gate; even then it will be a great struggle to break even.

Tough sell with the fake beef putting Whyte or Chisora up against Eastern Europeans with no or little English though.

Guarantee one of them will main event a PPV against Dave Allen next year. The only surprise is that it hasn’t happened already.

Sky have already said themselves they much prefer the PPV model than the usual sat night fight. It’s structurered in a percentage way so no way it can lose money. I doubt they’d be guaranteeing either fighter much in the current climate

Yep can definitely see a women’s world title fight on this bill and Eddie pushing it as a huge heavyweight fight and a world title fight for the price of a pizza.

Usyk-Chisora and Whyte-Povetkin 2 should be on the AJ-Pulev card.
That might be worth £20 ....
    Instead, it's probably going to be £20 + £20 + £25.

A decent barometer for Usyk, nothing more. It's worth a watch.

Your right about Dave Allen - he was only one David Price win away from a headline PPV appearance.

There will be antics such as Haye holding Chisora back after throwing a table or chair then Haye goes down like Rivaldo when he dislocates a head braid.

Surely even Eddie wouldn’t have the brass neck to charge £25 for AJ v Kubrat Pudding.

Would pay for this in the current climate if there was also other big fights on it, or a very good undercard with decent fights. On it's own not paying for it.

Said before would have no problem paying £7-10 each for the fight camp cards (not including the Whyte one).

Just not simply prepared to line fighters pockets these days who are already minted, yet expect me to fork out £20 given the current situation to make them even wealthier. All the while whilst there's other fighters put in the same situation who I'd rather watch, likely being paid a pittance.

It's not even like these are fights that can't be made without PPV money. Eddie's created this cycle combined with the "it's only cost of a takeaway" crew. Well great, thanks, now we have to pay £20 everytime to watch someone who hasn't even won world title, never mind anywhere near the p4p list.

I'm getting pissed off because more and more fighters are taking the easiest possible route to money.

At the end of the day the losers are the real fans of the sport, who get ****ed over due to politics and fighters dodging any real challenge until its for a world title or there forced into a corner.

We end up with fights not getting made and have to watch the likes of Yarde, dodging any meaniful domestic or fringe world level challenge to nab a big paying world title fight. The only person who wins in these situations is him and Tunde!

It amazes me that fighters (the top ones) are not budging on money given the current crisis.

    Rant over.

There's the other side of the coin though, there are some fighters who are actually prepared to challenge themselves and not afraid of a potential loss, the likes of Taylor and Warrington, amongst a select few others.
