I see it the same, Brook having success up until the mid rounds but then fading and getting stopped late

Eddies probably thinking that even if Kell loses that he'll still be able to do brook v Smith on ppv. He can say he lost to a p4p and that he struggled with the weight. 154 is where he should be fighting.

Crawford late stoppage or points. He’ll win comfortably although Brook will perform well IMO

Sky / Eddie are not going to put Brook v Smith on PPV no chance, it would do disastrous numbers.

Whyte- Povetkin did about 172k buys. Brook - Smith would probably do about 50k.

Eddie is not even helping to negotiate the Crawford fight and Sky haven’t even offered Arum a bag of chips for the UK rights- this should say it all about where Brook is with them both.

Brook v Smith is a Friday Fight Night non title contest at best - the public won't buy this Average Joe fight

They won't want to show Kell against Crawford, then Eddie can spin how well Kell did, banking on the casuals not seeing the fight. With the proverbial "stacked card" I could believe that Hearn would seriously consider it.

Hearn ruined his career / legacy.....After beating Porter he was the hottest 147 in the World in the hottest division at the time ....

Thurman confirmed him and Brook wanted to fight next but Hearn blocked it in favour of the **** shows that followed..

THE biggest waste of a UK boxer in a generation

Brook should fight Khan and then both of them call it a day. It’s a closer fight and far more saleable to the British public than this one on paper.

Sky not being interested in the rights doesn’t shock me and I don’t see BT really caring that much either.

Putting this on PPV is a total non starter.

Sorry pal but boxing doesn’t work like that, ever.. if you get stopped you have had zero success. You got KOd. That was the culmination of all your “success”.

Hope he makes a good retirement pay day, doesn't get too hurt and goes of into the sunset.... Maybe not the Tennerife sunset :gayfight:

I’m saying brook will do well early on.
I bet you were one of those who was still wetting the bed when you were 16

Why did brook not capitalise in the porter win ??

why did Hearn book such **** fights after ? It reminded me of the calzaghe reign under frank.
