i watched that for the first time instead of highlights the other day. Hunter done well to last, he was getting hammered. Briedis won the last round v Usyk, thats a very special achievement an fighter
I think if Usyk does have proper gameplan, there is necessity for him to make mistake to loss fight. Usyk is considerably more mobile than late versions of Povetkin even since his last fight before fight with A.J. He is more versatile than Whyte, not alone Chishora. Usyk most likely will be approx 215 lbs and he is not 225 lbs 41.yo Povetkin. Lack of power is a bit incriminated mainly because he managed to won Briedis only by very close MD with better jabs and Glowacki via decision. Who is Glowacki? He almost had been destroyed by Huck but catched Huck with punch and capitalised all opportunities after this. He is very dangerous boxer! Yeah, Usyk won him by points. Does this mean that he can't punch or that he is damn cautious and smart? The same with Briedis, very close MD win. Dorticos was not able to do with him almost nothing and yeah, exactly in last rounds Briedis superiority looked more impressive. Should Usyk go to attempt at any price KO Briedis in their fight or better evade at any price clinch with him and play in- out game by using his amateur superstar experience and natural gifts that allowed him to become amateur superstar? Again looks that he choosed best gameplan and it was succesful, despite razor close fight. I will judge real criteria, he barely defeated Briedis with 20 jabs he landed more in this fight. With nothing else. Pretty normal choice. Usyk is very smart. Chishora and White are not someone like Foreman.
I disagree; Whyte has a broader offensive arsenal. Chrisora has a less dynamic set of skills, although he seems to be the more committed fighter, more trustworthy as it pertains to what's expected of him. Either way, Mr. Uysk should handle both with little controversy if he's going to be prophesied as the next man to wear the heavyweight crown.
I'd like to see Chisora challenge Usyk perhaps land at least a couple strong right hands. I hope this isn't a demolition. I'm going for Usyk by UD, hopefully not Chisora corner retirement. I'd like to see Chisora make a fight of this. If Usyk KO's Chisora it will send a message though. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I'm sure this has been made before, but when I search this on my previous threads/posts it looks to have been deleted, apologies.
Usyk. He'd outbox Chisora so badly that in the later rounds Chisora would quit or be stopped. Levels.
If Usyk will be in the shape not worse than in WBSS then guy that will be stopped will be Chisora. Ofc vs Briedis or Glowacki in best shape it will happen faster. If Usyk is slow, everything might happen but if not Chishora will be a walking bag to test " low power " that Usyk does have. Guy that will get finished via stoppage will be Chishora if Usyk will be in his best shape. Mass and origin plus fat and power enchanced with slowness is the best target to achieve stoppage. He is slower than Whyte was in fight vs old ! Povetkin. Whyte might destroy him.
Chisora is coming to barrel forward and swing for the hills with his eyes closed Usyk is just going to lay down the slickness
