Them ko’s Would drop if he fought better fighters whilst champ. I don’t believe in the term “ lucky punch”, he can bang no doubt but if he fought better comp he would be a flash in the pan champ wise

Wilder has the greatest puncher's chance of any puncher in any division, so Fury could absolutely get caught. He's playing with fire fighting this guy three times, it's overconfidence in my opinion, considering how small the margins are. The RH's Wilder touched him with in the second fight were close to landing flush, and you can see how a slight misjudgement of distance or just moving or throwing at an unlucky time could be disastrous for Fury. The narrative was that Fury could take the power now because he was bigger/healthier, but watching it back it's more likely those Wilder RH's didn't connect as clean as people thought.

The whole gameplan of Wilder's team now will probably be to attack/counter Fury as he probes and comes forward. They weren't expecting that and probably didn't train much for it.

Wilder come out with no confidence in the second fight, imagine after that fight what he’s gonna be like coming out for the third. He’s done mentally with Fury, he had the wrong response after the third fight with excuses, that’s a massive massive sign he’s mentally done, can’t cope etc.. His punch wasn’t there in the second fight because he wasn’t confident, an when he did land they bounced off Fury...Bit like big David Price, he has the punch to lay them all out, it’s not there anymore though because the confidence is gone

You are basing such a prediction on Wilder in his mid-30's developing better boxing skills across the board?! This is very unlikely indeed.

You are asking him to change almost *everything*, you specified 8 separate aspects of skill & physicality, when he has shown limited ability to alter *anything* except developing something of a jab over time, instead relying on his speed, range & great power.
Even just learning to fight effectively going backwards is not going to happen.

I suppose it is more likely than him getting hit by a meteor, but not by a startling margin.

Actually, Wilder never landed clean in the second fight because Fury saw every right hand and rode the shot. Even in the first fight when Wilder did get those two knockdowns, Fury still took steam off those punches by riding the shots.

In the 3rd match, Wilder just needs to come in lighter so that he has the speed to catch Fury with the right hand. It doesn't have to be clean as shown in the first fight, it will still drop Fury. Wilder probably also has to set up his straight right hand instead of throwing them from a mile away.

True, but Wilder is getting old and Fury is entering his prime.
In the first fight we saw prime Wilder and in the third fight he will be over 36 and even slower. Also, Fury has the momentum since he totally exposed Wilder and destroyed him with ease.

I honestly don't see Deontay beating Tyson at all. I believe Tyson will win convincingly again.

Why not? Fury looks that despite previous formal "ring rust" etc is learning even after each round in fight and looks that he is able to adapt even during fight too.

For many reasons it is highly unlikely Wilder will adjust to the extent necessary, as the vast majority here understand.

    1) Fury like say Ali always showed a capacity to adjust, develop & grow.
    2) Fury has exponentially more boxing skills than Wilder already.
    3) Fury started much earlier, has much more experience, & is from a boxing family.
    4) Fury has exponentially more ring smarts than Wilder.
    5) The OP posited 8 separate actions & skills that Wilder has never had. then wrote "etc." Even Fury-& most anyone-never added these amounts of basic & more difficult talents between a fight.
    6) Wilder-completely unlike Fury-has shown little inclination to learn & follow directions his whole career.
    7) He will be 36 when they fight, it is more difficult to do this as you age.
    8) Wilder has had his bad habits reinforced by knocking almost everyone out before Fury.
    9) Wilder's development has been also handicapped by fighting an unusual-rare amount of the best available fighters for anyone who has had so many fights undefeated & then become champion. He has assiduously avoided manatories & the best available fighters.
    10) Fury has a psychological advantage over Wilder. It is clear he psychs out Wilder whose excuses & behavior betrays a lack of confidence.

Wilder always has that puncher's chance.
But Fury has the size, strength & every knowledge, incentive & skill to be likely to take measures-such as his infighting tying up counter-punching & smothering-to thwart his efforts.
Can you now see how when Wilder has his one offensive ability effectively challenged, he is unlikely to be able to prevail.

I could have added #11 that the suggestion Wilder come in lighter will make minimal difference.
Because he was always low body fat anyway & never too bulky with muscle, it will add little speed.
Or #12, unlike with everyone else he fought before, Fury has both a height & reach advantage over Wilder & faster reflexes, so his ability to land the overhand right-especially while rapidly closing distance that everyone knows he relies on is compromised.

Almost nobody here has the psychological ability to admit they are wrong about an analytical matter even when they cannot present a credible counter argument.
Assuming you cannot make a plausible case against these dozen points, will you have the strength & security to do so?

and weight advantage + very good clinch skills. Fury is more versatile, less predictable fighter than Wilder.
Basically if he managed to clinch Wilder properly, this alone will be torture for him vs heavier and large Fury that is able to adjust his game during round, even more during course of fight. Looks that Fury is, mhm, capable to learn even during fight too.

You can't wait for the right opportunity if Fury is ragdolling you round the ring and beating the crap out of you on the inside.
