How can you say Pac is ducking anybody?

I just don't get when people are saying that Pac is ducking anybody by fighting Valero.

    Just look at the cases:

    1) JMM has a fight slated with Casamayor.
    2) Campbell has a fight slated with Guzman.
    3) Soto is going to rematch with Lorenzo.
    4) Hatton is slated to fight Malignanni.

All of which are around mid-fall to end of the year. If Pac wants to fight at the end of year, it would not be against these guys as they would be coming off a fight themselves and two to three months is not enough time to train to fight someone of Manny's stamina. Unless they screw themselves over and get into a fight when they were drained by a previous war (assuming they'd be coming off wars).

So who is Pac ducking? Amir Khan? Yuiriokis Gamboa? If Manny fights them he gets branded as a cherry picker as Yuri and Amir are too green.

Second if Pac is going to be ducking anyone, why choose Valero, an unknown quantity who knocksout people early (granted he is untested) against fighting someone like Mzonke Fana or other less skilled fighters.

I don't think Manny deserves to be called a ducker for taking on a knockout artist.

I wouldn't say he is ducking anyone, but to not give JMM a rematch after their second close encounter in which many, including myself, thought JMM won, is kind of disappointing. I remember when Chavez fought Taylor, and said that he wanted an immediate rematch. Chavez knew there might be some controversy, and wanted to leave no doubt he was the greater fighter. Taylor refused to fight, and the rest is history. PacMan seems to know what a lot of his fans deny, and that is JMM has his number. Excluding the KO, the second fight was a little closer, but a UD win for JMM, IMO. Just my .02 cents.

Pac said in his recent local interview, where most of my brown brothers are really unsatisfied with his last performance, my pinoy brothers wanted a 3rd match from jmm-pac! Pac said he never backs down from anyone, and granted that after valero him and arum can chosse from the winner of guz and nate and jmm and casa! That said pac ain't a duck. More likely it's the jmm morons whos are spreading this rumors eventhough jmm too ducked pac after they where negotiating an immediate rematch back at 05' where jmm chose 35k for the 175 k, what a peanut hunter this jmm is! :rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl

In case you've forgot... Pac was suppose to fight Diaz but opted to fight JMM instead.

But before the fight, Pac already stated that it was his last fight @ 130 coz it was already hard for him to make weight. He already said that win or lose he will be fighting David Diaz next. :deal

Well who said that? :think

Who ever it is . . . he is dumb as ****!

It's not hard to realize that JMM and Casa is fighting, and so with Campbell and Guzman . . . also Katsidis and Juan Diaz . . . now who's left?

People should appreciate the fact that the guy is taking a low reward high risk fight against a guy who has 24 KO's in 24 fights . . . (even if it's against BUMS). This just a "keep busy" fight. :D

He only has a few fights left- there comes a time in a career when you have to go for new challenges.
