Floyd can train wilder but it’s up to wilder to be able listen and use the tools that is taught. If he can’t use any of them then it’s pointless

Yes, he'll start shoulder rolling like a boss and check hooking Fury's head off all night long.

I doubt that Floyd could tell him something more useful than all his trainers have tried to get trough his thick scull.

You can lead the horse to water and all that.

He would get knocked out after trying the shoulder roll because he lifts up the wrong arm leaving his head completely exposed....coach mayweather cries in the corner.

Floyd wouldnt invest enough time imo in any fighter, still way to involved with himself to put a fighter first

Mayweather could 100% help Wilder. Now if only Wilder could hear him talk over this

If its anything like when Hatton trained with Sr, I'd advise Wilder to stay away.

Need a solid 5yrs to train a guy. Maybe 6-7yrs with Wilder because you first have to un-train him. He'd be like 45 by then

I think Wilder looks pretty young if compare his age on paper, also really fresh.
Major improvements might be achieved during 3-5 months.
Wilder is always almost the same during long long years. Nothing new.
Guys like Tank looks that might benefit from help a l lot and looks that it worked for them with a glance.

Mayweather could definitely help him with a game plan to beat Fury. He has to be discipline enough to carry out that plan. Anything is possible.

Mayweather is a crap trainer from what I see coming out of his gym.

It will make a small difference, but perhaps a negative one, kind of like when Sugar Ray Leonard ****ed up Andrew Maynard.

You can't teach greatness. You have it or you don't.

I think Foreman would do a bit better...he can teach him some very basic puncher tricks, maybe the simple cross-armed defense. But let's be honest that...

    1) Fury will win if it comes off regardless.
    2) It probably isn't happening. Fury is already talking about another opponent, and if it doesn't happen this year, the thing has lost all momentum.

Mayweather can train him in learning to avoid fighters in their prime.
