Unaccomplished is relative. Audley Harrison is relatively unaccomplished to the best and signed a lucrative fight deal. However he was accomplished enough to win an Olympic Gold. Something no one on this forum is accomplished enough to achieve. There's plenty of hometown fighters who grab a belt and milk it in their hometowns. But to achieve that you generally need to be accomplished enough to beat one of the top 10 in the world in your weight class.
Chris Byrd believes Andrew Golota is the biggest waste of talent he's seen in the HW division. He claims Golota had the ability to be the best of the era. Make of that what you will.
I remember it, his opponent was huge, Billy rendered him unconscious with one shot. Can’t remember the name of his opponent.
As Basic as Billy was, he was in some fabulous fights. No 0's to bothered about back then. Fair play to him. He earned every penny.
