Well he's guilty of doing both. Moore walked into shots he didn't see coming against Cooper. He tried too hard to stop an iron chinned opponent in Foreman and left himself open being aggressive.
Toney’s run at Heavyweight is quite often overrated. Sure, there’s the fascination with a former Middleweight finding himself in the Heavyweight mix and this deserves credit. But, beyond this feat and his win over a shot Holyfield, Toney’s record in the Class isn’t all that impressive. I’m not saying he couldn’t beat a few of the Lineal Champions in history and, if nothing else, Toney could make it interesting in most cases, but I don’t think he’s a shoo-in for any of those matches.
I'd say he loses to an early 90's Foreman but it is possible for him to beat mid to late 90's version of Foreman.
