On the subject of Rocchigiani, the first fight between he and Michalczewski was an absolute sham. He was putting a clinic on Dariusz before that disgusting ending which led to his DQ. I’ve never been able to look at Dariusz the same way after the pathetic acting performance he gave in order to take the easy way out.

Well it was rather a robbery (more than the first Watson or the second Benn fights). I had it 117 - 114 for Rocky and even the British (biased) commentator scored it even. Maybe is it comparable with the second Marquez vs. Pacquaio fight or with Barrera vs. Marquez.

Here is the last round of the Tua v Griffis fight.
I can't see much wrong with the stoppage and there was no protest from Griffis or his corner.
Nor was Tua humiliated ,the fight was pretty level.

"After nine fairly evenly-shared rounds, the 10th was the one that counted. With two minutes into the last round Griffis started to look shaky. Tua backed him to the ropes and delivered lefts and rights before the referee stopped the fight."

There was, it is often mentioned in Germany, even when Rocchigiani fought Maske and in some magazines (like BRAVO Sport).
And even the English spokesman had it draw. This was at least similar to Lewis vs. Mercer.

I think it was going into round 10 about even, but the challenger won the last two (or 2 of the last 3) rounds comfortable. He mainly outworked the title-holder, as Youbanks was pretty tired.

I watched it at the time and remember thinking it as one of Eubanks better performances against a good fighter.
It was hard fought but I thought Eubank always had the edge the 3 judges obviously agreed.
I repeat though, I don’t recall any widespread outrage about the result.

Have you seen it were 27 seconds to go and Griffith always punched back? It was full defending himself and conscious, not even confused, let alone out of his feet or wobbly. Not a lot of punches did even land, most of the wild hooks went to the air. This was a clear premature, like British stoppage. This was worse than Chavez vs. Taylor and equal with Lewis vs. Bowe. But it was a professional competition not an amateur contest.

If he protested or not can't be seen in this video and maybe was he used to be robbed, as journeyman with 19 defeats to 21 wins.

The fight was even at the time of the stoppage and Griffis was gone.

That’s the way I remember it, hard fought with Eubank edging it.
I don’t recall any controversy at all about the decision.

Well you see there were two English speaker at least (Ramos could be the third, if American) and two of these judges, which were not from the European main continent, had just 1 - 2 points difference. So it can be easily made an argument for the opposite way, I suppose.

And this guy with 118 - 109 was way off, you probably won't question it, as Warren paid him maybe an extra cheque (to fill the scorecard before the fight).

Eubank had built up a big lead he won the first 4 or 5 rounds.
Just in case I’d missed something I simply googled the fight, and several links came up regarding it, not one mentioned that the decision was controversial, not one.
As usual you’re simply spouting agenda ridden nonsense.
