It will be a close fight, Fury`s offensive skills don`t match up to his defensive skills, he`s pretty basic.

Wallin, Cunningham. Whoever it may be, You bring out the dogfighter in Fury who forgets about boxing and puts up high guard to walk at you and use his size then you better be CAPABLE of fighting a dogfight.

AJ hasn't got the toughness, skill or stamina to handle any fight Fury decides to fight. Fury doesn't need to make the AJ fight a trench war, he can easily outbox him.

AJ actually said a few months ago Fury hadn't been in at "the deep end" lmao.

What worked vs Wilder won't work vs Joshua. Wilder and Joshua are two very different fighters. Joshua can actually box off the back foot and can actually fight well on the inside. Trying to walk Joshua down would just open Fury up to be countered.

Joshua's always struggled against movers. I had Savon beating him handily at the Olympics and he wasn't able to pin down Parker to stop him and if it hadn't of been for some terrible refereeing he wouldn't of likely stopped Takam either. Fury is much taller and rangier than them and so can pick off Joshua on the outside unlike Parker and Takam and bamboozle him with movement.

I think what Sugar Hill will bring to this fight is improving Fury's ability to tie Joshua up. He'll get him to box move and tie up the smaller Joshua when Joshua tries to press and counter and open up at mid and close range. He'll lean, press and push Joshua and tire him out, hoping to gas him out later in the fight and then take over and if the opportunity arises finish him, if not he'll just jab, box and clinch his way to a decision.

 

AJ is far better and more powerful than Wallin and Cunningham, he`s two inches taller than Wallin and far bigger and more powerful than Cunningham, AJ would have beat Cunningham far more convincingly than Fury did.

 

So AJ could lay Cunningham flat out on his back better than Fury did? I had it a pretty convincing KO for Fury tbh.....
