I agree totally. He had a HOF career mapped out and put on a plate for him,but he wasnt up to the task. The American boxing media and Showtime were fawning all over him,but he wasnt that special.
dont ever play with matches! :rofl judah's never been able to go the distance, always tires, doesnt have that great of a mentality... i dont really think he's ever had what it takes to be a true champion and he's shown that many times. i dont think tszyu knocking him really had all that much of an effect all in all
You must be kidding. Tszyu would have annihilated him. Nady letting it continue could well have ruined Judah's future career.
from what i remember KT was winning the end (maybe last 45 seconds) of the first round and then won the entire 2nd round. JUdah came out really strong in the 1st though edit. Here's the fight [yt]4M1Y-sQidIU[/yt]
The guy was put down by Bergman. That should have been a sign of what a true puncher could have done.
Zab had a ton of potential but was mismanaged by his idiot father and as someone else said he was put down by Jan Bergman so it was only a matter of time before he got KOed by an elite puncher. Still Whitaker with power was not a bad description. If he had a better trainer I think he cold have achieved more.
