Thats the way boxing has been going in the last couple of years since Hearn got a deal with DAZN and top ranks ESPN deal etc. Vast majority of the big fights are back in the USA now.
The only reason Taylor v Prograis was in the UK was that Prograis doesn't have the ticket selling power his talents deserve. Ramirez is another matter. The US tv market is more lucrative, it's going to be a US fight.
There was a couple of years before this period there when UK had about 15 world champs and Hearn was focusing solely on the Uk and it felt like the Uk was becoming the main place for big fights. Plus Ryabinskiy was putting on big shows in Russia. & Germany were still very relevant with big shows but thats dried up.
