Id say Tommy’s was better, it’s a lot more explosive and I think his hands are heavier than Frazier’s.
By the way this thread is just focusing on their left hooks, it’s not a h2h matchup.

    Interesting.
I think 1 single punch power Morrison had higher.
It does not matter that much if look that Frazier had ability to thorw these faster and also from closer distance.
Hooks and half hooks Frazier? I think most horrible in 70 ies. Especially if he was too close. Hell.

Who had the greater accomplishments with their gifts? probably Frazier, had the greater discipline, chin and will. Frazier landed his glorious left hook when it counted the most, in one of boxings greatest matches, giving him one of boxings greatest victories.

Frazier if managed get enough close, threw these considerably faster than majority of boxing superstars too.
Not much matters that Shavers, Foreman had more powerful single punch.
Frazier had stuff called output ratio and speed there. With hooks and half hooks. Frazier was horrible opponent with these punches.

Frazier set his up beautifully and it was non-stop. Morrison had maybe the best single shot power in that punch I've ever seen.

Frazier's was noticeably a better punch(nothing against Tommy Gun's vaunted left which was supreme) but solid thread.

Well, most likely Prime Frazier had more chances to induce permanent disability.
He had some unique stuff from some distance and positions, then he might acted like some little robot machine.
Everyone does have pros and cons, prime Frazier still looks more risky fight regards to danger get permanently disabled.

In terms of devastation it's definitely Morrison. Frazier was very successful with his left hook based on his overall better boxing but if we're narrowing it down to a single punch and its deadliness then it's Morrison.

Regards to possibility to win fight with 1 single hook? Yeah.

Regards to danger to health in long term, for me looks that like these Frazier and Shavers looked more terrible.
Mupltiple punches, despite maybe each being not that hard historically had induced more permanent damage than 1 single or 2 power blows.

Morrison's was the single heavier hook. It was pretty brutal in his day. But Frazier's was quicker and connected more, as the threw it more often than Duke did his.

We’re just talking about one punch not who was greater
