This fight should have happened, in about 1993 if my memory serves me dutifully but let’s take both fighters at there best.

The “Gman” was a superb masterful boxer at his best a real Kronk warrior indeed with an iron chin, wicked power and top tier hand speed a perfect trio of traits for a aggressive destroyer such as Gerald tho this may be his undoing, tho he is aggressive powerful and strong Eubanks is stronger and someone you can’t deny is really unable to be dented it took a 200lbs+ ripped cruiser who belonged at heavy to put the man down after a savage beating Eubanks multiple weight classes above his best days at MW showed heart, grit, and a jaw of cold rolled steel that day it’s my belief that Gerald would hurt and perhaps flaw Chris early (he always had horrible balance), but as the fight went on when both there suspect gas tanks begin to wither Chris’s more I suppose “conservative” style would take over and lead to hard fought but earned SD in his favour... there is also the chance Gerald would put on a savage clinic early and a screamish ref may put a stop to it.

Eubank would win a decision or KO McClellan late.

I'd back Eubank against any opponent at 160/168, who had forsaken their boxing skills for the love of their power.

Eubank survives a heavy early storm and stops McClellan late.

I’d favor Eubank here, McClellan’s love for his power limited his other skills, which gives Chris the all round advantages

Eubank late stoppage. Too tough, skilled & rugged for the 'Gman' to stop.

Eubank would outbox him and stop him late or win a decision, but he would lose the first round for sure, he has the better jab and uses it to great affect, he has the better defence and the better chin, he is also the better counterpuncher and also has size on McClellan
