"Time to put on your pundit cap Tony", think that hint went over his head.

I'm judging him by the exact same standards they judge their boxing gods of yesteryear, standards which these clowns are absolutely loathe to do for certain types of fighter.

Tough nights work for Usyk tonight but he's only fought once in 2 years and Chisora was in the shape of his life and had a nine month camp and he causes pretty much everyone problems. Even back when he didn't take training seriously he did. Very few HWs have an engine like Chisora and can apply that kind of pressure and he's tough as old boots too. Usyk will look better against fighters who don't possess those attributes and can't bring that kind of sustained pressure all night.

I didn`t mean the solely reason for Joshua and anyone out there that is explosive is the roids, but i can tell you they definitely help, if you know what your doing. Training also help big time in that. And now before someone decide to counter me that everyone is training, yeah but they are training different and focusing on different stuffs.
And don`t think that i`m hating on Joshua, i`m not. I like him a lot, and i actually think he will beat both Wilder and Fury, and to be fair he won`t have hard time beating them. But i`m trying to be unbias, and i`m pretty sure Joshua is on heavy juice. And don`t get me wrong, its not only Joshua, almost all of the top level athletes around all of the sports are, and why wouldn`t they be? The difference is night and day.
And i definitely believe Usyk is clean. His body is just screaming clean. I mean the shoulders, the midsection, his whole body. He was ripped at CW, but still his body was looking 100% natural, and now he gained some weight, and his is not looking magically looking lean and gaining 10kg. of lean mass.
This small things can tell you a part of the story.

He is a pure boxer, still his power at CW is undervalued.
Usyk had finished all boxers at pro CW until he had fights with Glowacki, Murat, Briedis and Hunter.
Sorry, to hit these properly is very difficult task if they are in good shape and these 4 CW boxers are seriously undervalued.
Probably Tabiti and Dorticos too are seriously undervalued boxers.

Was only in WBSS. Now, I do not see him to defeat Dorticos or Briedis.
Nice talks are nice talks but now Usyk is very slow:( if compare with his version in WBSS.

So if Usyk beats Povetkin he then "deserves" a world title shot?

Usyk is number one with the WBO, he is next, he already got himself in a position to fight for a world title.

Also Povetkin fights Whyte, what if Whyte beats Povetkin? What then? Does Usyk have to fight Whyte?

Gave Chisora 2 rounds at most, he was slapped around the ring, exactly like everyone seen happening, despite how hard sky try to pretend otherwise. Waddling around the chasing shadows all night.
Usyk has some serious skills, enough to give away size and power, I could see him giving everyone a hard fight, barring Fury. Fury is just far too big and skillful/awkward imo.

Performance of the night goes to @Jurgen and @Wig with the sausages.

Well for the Usyk haters, they are completely terrified right now. Because at first he was just some weird Ukrainian with an amateur style who would bust in the pros. Then he was just beating down cans. Then he ended up cleaning out the entire CW division minus Dorticos, which was the strongest division in the sport. Then it was, well it's the CW division, a worthless division and if he had any real balls he would go to HW. Then he beats Weatherspoon and people say he was a gatekeeper bum, then he beats Chisora (a terrible styles match for him anyways) who is a guy who basically only loses to championship caliber HW's. And now the narrative is he cannot beat the very best HW's in the world. We've almost gone full circle here. The only thing left for Usyk to do is to put a schooling on the very best Heavyweights the world has to offer. That's the only ****ing thing left for them to ***** about and hate on him for. They have nothing else left to grasp onto. If Usyk beats Joshua or Fury it will be the biggest F you to the haters since Pac went up in weight and almost killed Hatton, DLH and Cotto.

That was the main issue, Chisora sent everything with a telegraph with a signed for delivery. Like you say no disguise, no tricks. He should have at times backed away conserved energy and let Usyk come forward throw first and tried to exploit an opening and land when Usyk was throwing himself.

This, I've posted before that if Haye didn't stop Chisora he was going to lose in the later rounds, likely by stoppage.

In the "how good is Chisora" thread I gave Derek lots of credit. I, too thought it was going to be a tough fight. Not some ppl in hear acting like Chisora is chopped liver. Excellent win by Usyk and a good summary.

Having said that, I doubt Usyk can handle Fury or AJ. If the new SCW division takes hold Usyk should be a serious player in that division.

He already was enough skilled 2-3 years ago. Now he is older, looks slowed down and how he today might be capable to deal with Dorticos or Briedis, I do not see this.

A.J is Oly style boxer with reach and size advantage. Fury is very large and with good clinch + very smart.
Ruiz : very fast hands, OK, lag lazy and short reach.
    Might he beat these?

I forget to say something, that was pretty obvious tonight, Usyk was way off with his counter. He was getting way too much away, outside of the zone where he can throw counters. He was moving way too far away from Chisora, and should have pushed way more.
As i said age and weight factor. January pushing 34. Not a good idea to move in a HW at that advance age. If you going to do it, do it earlier in your early or mid twenty.
He is way slower now, footwork slower, and his energy not the same as CW, and main reason for that is age factor + weight, and probably that he switched so late.
Its one thing to gain 10kg in your 20s, and completely another in your 30s and when you start declining on everything.
BTW people should understand that not everyone is going to be like Klitschko, strong till 38+.

Most people start declining after 31-32.
