    Lomachenko would embarrass him

Loma is better, but I'm not sure that translates into a win.

Davis seems willing to walk through fire... Loma isn't a Whitaker-like defensive wiz.

Truthfully... I think Davis lays him out

It depends on how Loma recover from his injuries.

With what happened to Loma lately, I think Tank would be more eager to face him.

While I'm sceptical of Loma coming back to his best form like in 130, he is still much superior boxer than Tank.

it makes sense. i dont think either fighter would be set back too much if the fight is competitive, which i suspect it would be. both have a set fanbase that enjoy their style and would still follow them. and there are plenty of fighters they can build back on. some quality match ups for them afterwards.

As overrated as Loma is, he's still plenty good enough to school Tank Davis.

Loma's footwork would give Tank major problems. I think Davis needs a guy to be stationary to hurt them because he needs to plant his feet for his power. That definitely is not Loma, who never stops moving. And Davis, like Lopez is not hard to hit.

I would take Loma by decision, probably an 8-4 type.

Tank by KO. Lomachenko both stands too square and puts too much weight on his front foot when feinting or moving (you're supposed to feint with the front glove and front shoulder if you're not punching; if you want to feint by putting your weight on your front foot then you have to throw a punch right after, otherwise you're asking to get hit since in that position it's basically impossible to properly defend against a left straight or a left uppercut). Tank will catch him with one of his vaunted counter left uppercuts and then BOOM, KO! That's also how JMM would have beaten Lomachenko, except he might have doubled or tripled it up since his left hand was in the front and thus easier to throw more than once in a row.

It's difficult to contend with a fighter like Tank who has such a natural weapon like his uppercut. Tank has a lot of dog in him and he's had a tough life with the skills to back it up.

The version we saw vs Lopez spanks Davis.
