Off the top of my head, there is a good one on the Ali-Chuvalo fight, one on Art Hafey, One National Divisible, on Ali-Frazier I, One on Don King, can't remember the name. The are a bunch of good ones on Amazon Prime Video if you have it.
It maybe stating the obvious, but I still yet to see anything better than When We Were Kings. Whatever you think of the Oscars, to win one in the Documentary category generally means it is brilliant.
