He was not beating his ass at all. It was a competitive fight as anyone who knows boxing would expect. LSC is not exactly an easy guy to fight and beat. You saying if LSC had any pop Tank might have been finished is like saying if my Aunty had a ***** she would be my Uncle. It was an excellent pay per view fight while it lasted then Tank stepped it up a gear and treated us to a spectacular knockout that was Tysonesque. Absolutely fantastic. That’s why he is the future of boxing. The last person I remember finishing people of like that at Super Featherweight was my Uncle Azumah Nelson. It was thing to be a really good fast skillful boxer like Tank but when you add devastating punching power this kid has superstar quality in the ring.

Don’t dare give Tank fair criticism or condemn his opponent selection in any way.

    It was competitive yes

Nice dig trying to say i know know nothing about boxing there...

But dont kid yourself, LSC was kicking "the future of boxings" ass a fair bit

And the Auntie/Uncle analogy is silly
    Of course my points relevant
If it was a bigger puncher tagging him like that would he have got the opportunity to ko him?
Its a point of discussion for sure

Anyway, good fight entertainment wise but ive yet to see anything special

Obviously you have, but i class him as very talented, potential is certainly there to go next level but i dont know if we'll get to see it

His discipline may hold him back

Tank proved once again that he can beat a much smaller guy. The question still remains, when is he going to fight a top LW? How many old washed up guys can be lure into a fight and how many smaller guys can be pull up two classes to get knocked out? Credit to Garcia for fighting a legit LW. Tank is a marketing creation and A protected fighter.

Some people on here don’t like him basically for stupid reasons such as their hatred of Floyd Mayweather who promotes Tank is his mentor and a father figure. Again LSC is a future hall of famer who has won world titles in 4 weight divisions. Tank in his short career to date has beaten some very good quality fighters in devastating fashion like former world champions Pedraza, Gamboa, Fonsceca, Walsh and now a great fighter in LSC. What is particularly impressive is making adjustments to LSC and closing the show in style. I am not saying you know nothing about boxing but see what is before you. LSC was not kicking his ass but because he is a great fighter he will put up stern resistance and present difficulties to be dealt with, which Tank did in style. If Tank remains focused as he seems to be now with maturity the sky is the limit. Clearly problems for Super Featherweights and Lightweights.

Yall need to stop hatin on Tank, he got called out and he answered the call and did what he had to do. Same thing with Rigo and Loma. Now, I was leaning to Leo for the win but it is what it is. Both fighters deserve props.

He hasn't fought at Bantam since 2012.

Yes Tank is naturally sturdier and stronger, but Santa Cruz is taller, longer reach, broader shouldered.
Lets not act like be beat up a midget.

Leo was the smaller fighter and the matchup favoured Tank stylistically. That's why most people picked Tank to win by stoppage. But there's no need to bring up Leo's starting weight to discredit Tank's win. Personally, I saw this fight being similar to Crawford-Gamboa. Leo was supposed to be a stern test for the younger, relatively untested Tank (same way Gamboa was supposed to test Bud). Leo brought length and volume; Gamboa brought speed and explosiveness. Bud did not have an easy night against Gamboa, and neither did Tank against Leo. People can downplay Tank's win but I think Leo would be a handful for anyone at 130. He's an elite fighter with big balls and it took a perfectly timed bomb to get him out of there. I think Tank did a great job last night to get back on track and Leo earned everyone's respect (got a good payday too). Imo, Tank should stay at 130 for now.

 Get a sense of humor. You sound like a schoolmarm. You're over the moon that someone got knocked unconscious, yet you can't take a silly joke? Get a grip.
