A John Thomas, in the Queen's English like what we speak over 'ere, is another phrase for a male appendage. I was being very rude, mate. You're as well not to have grasped it (my joke, that is. Not your John Thomas. Grab away at that. What else is there to do?)

    All the best. Eddie

    Could Tyson do it? Sure.

But he didn’t knock out James Smith nor Mitch Green nor Tony Tucker nor, of course, Buster Douglas. Big, imposing guys weren’t really in his KO wheelhouse.

I suspect it’s a lot like the Bonecrusher fight, where Valuev is taking one or two punches and holding and Tyson is A-OK with that.

If Wilder can drop Fury he’d spark Valuev, probably early.

The fun fight would be Dempsey and Valuev, how much punishment could the big guy take

Valuev's chin looks better than Fury's. (Don't forget the featherfisted heavyweight nobodies Pajkic and Cunningham could
    knock down Fury also !)

My old friend you like the half-truths. Tyson could knock out Savarese or Biggs and they were taller than
    Douglas or Smith.
True Tyson couldn't knock out a prime Tucker but Lewis couldn't knock out a fat, over the hill version.

He is right, it’ll probably be like the smith fight where it’s just holding and holding until the final bell, I’d favor Tyson to win but I can’t see the fight going any other way

Savarese never was more than a glorified club fighter, although to be fair I’m not sure he was even glorified.

You’re the one operating on half-truths — I never said ‘Tyson never knocked out anyone taller than 6-foot-something-and-a-half.’

I don’t see any resemblance in Savarese and Valuev, nor in Biggs, who was a much slimmer guy and certainly not one who was hard to move around like Tucker or Bonecrusher could be, and nowhere near the physical presence of Douglas with that big body and big jab.

If you think Tyson automatically knocks out Valuev, tell me you also figured Bonecrusher would go the distance and that you knew Buster would bust Tyson up.

Savarese (your club fighter) destroyed Douglas in the first round and outlanded Foreman. Just saying...

Hmm. For example you're Tucker example very wrong.Tucker was 221 pounds like Tyson and he was a very ripped muscular
fighter but Valuev was basically a 310+ lbs fat man . Not to mention Tucker was much more faster than Valuev and his skill
was far better. A 221 lbs and a 310+ pounder are hardly the same thing.

Just Smith was much more faster and lighter than Valuev with harder punches .

I don’t think that makes a difference when it comes to holding
