I will save this for later. But I will hide under my bed until that time. With a National Geographic magazine containing tribal nudity and a flashlight, like I used to do during puberty.
Nice vid again Rummy. I said it quite some time ago, Inoue has had about 6 first real tests up 'till now, and probably many more to follow until people really accept him in the P4P top.
Has there ever been a puncher as consistent as Inoue? Not only can he hurt you with any punch but unlike Wilder, Inoue doesn't have to wind up his punch or hit you at full extension.
His KO versatility is remarkable. Can do it on speed or timing, front foot or back, offense or counter, head or body, left hand or right, short range or long, seeming has all the offensive tools. Definitely unremarkable in defense and no Floyd/Ward/Crawford inside moves, but so far so great. I think the troubles will come in size, looks most comfortable at 118 and would not like to see him in wars up to 126-130, unhealthy.
Agreed. I'm very curious how powerful Inoue's punches are. I remember being in a boxing gym where this small teenager, not much bigger than Inoue, punched much harder than a cruiser weight sized adult man (none were boxers). I held (thin) pads for both of them but felt the small teenager's punches through them, it was weird. I agree Inoue probably shouldn't move past 122 lbs unless he improves his defence up to the level of his other skills.
