I’d go with ward at both weights. I’ve never had a high opinion of Barkley

The toughness and physicality of Iran is high imo. He just wasn't elite.

Ward was just to good. Barkley was tough and one of my favorites to watch but I don't see him winning at either weights.

Ward, probably. He probably roughs Barkley up and breaks his rhythm as he usually does. Barkley was a top guy but just short of elite imho

Andrew would out quick him and outthink him. Ward by decision

Barkley doesn't have much a chance.

And for Ward to make 160 in the mid-80s and fight same-day we'd need to saw a limb off.

Same day weigh ins were scrapped after Eddie Mustafa Muhammad failed to make weight against Michael Spinks, you could see that Barkley was like 182lbs in the ring

I’ve always liked Barkley as a fighter. He was tough, serious and fun to watch. But I think Andre Ward’s skill set is a few levels above.

Ward by decision or late stoppage

Same day weigh-ins were still in the 90s. They were scrapped after Michael Watson's brain injuries.

Barkley was in fact 179.872lb in the ring - you could see this with your eyes.

    Barkley: 2 big, 2 skilled, 2 fast, 2 furious, 2 good.
Ward: Never really accomplished anything to have him in this match-up.
Me: I don't understand literally anything. But I have very strong opinions about everything.
