After seeing Oleksandr Usyk decision Derek Chisora this past Saturday, how do you think the Ukrainian would have fared against the 40-plus George Foreman who blew away Gerry Cooney in 2 rounds in January 1990 or the one who lost to Evander Holyfield on points a year later in April 1991?

Foreman is generally viewed as the strongest and hardest hitting heavyweight in history. But, mind, Foreman, while being 15 years past his prime, was still a very good heavyweight during the early ‘90s. His chilling power was more than evident against Cooney, and it took an incredible chin for Holyfield to decision him in a fight in which Evander boxed and moved well but also slugged it out at times.

Foreman pushes Usyk around the ring like a toddler before savagely knocking him out.

    I do not know.
If boxers from 70 ies, then:
Frazier, Ali, Foreman, Holmes, Shavers finished Usyk in distance. Easily.
Good if Usyk after this had recovered.
These boxers then had punch. Nice punches.

    Foreman struggles against Usyk.

He struggled against Alex Stewart and Tommy Morrison and also against Axel Schulz. Talent wise, none of those guys were close to Usyk.

If you were a static target with cement feet or wanted to stand and trade, then Foreman could send your head bouncing into orbit but if you moved he would costantly have to reset, readjust and become more predictable.

    Usyk easy points.

I completely agree with this - how many big shots would Foreman seriously be able to land against Usyk? Old Foreman was a potentially dangerous opponent, but was slow, would struggle to land many big shots.

Usyk would win at a canter.

    Yes. Marginally so.

People think that Usyk struggled with Chisora, they should watch Moorer vs Cooper!

Usyk by UD. foreman's comeback was very careful about matchmaking for good reason. See it going like the Morrison or hokyfield fights except holy liked to fight in the pocket more than Usyk so don't know if foreman would have the same moments of success he did against holy. So yeah like the Morrison fight.
