It´s all sadly true. However, Ortiz was seen as the boogeyman for a reason. And he clearly is an excellent boxer. Likely still in the top 10. At least top 15.
Ortiz is still MAD dangerous would like to see him fight Ajagba, Hrgovic or the winner of Dubouis/Joyce. Ortiz - Andy Ruiz would be a good watch as well.
Whyte/Chisora vs Ortiz would answer questions. All three of them are fight ready in december if needed, but ain't happening I guess.
