The middleweight and superlightweight divisions were so deep back then. Even the guys that weren't considered the very best are still considered legends today. That would have been a very compelling fight. I lean towards Eubank, he had a great chin, good defense, deceptive power, and came on late. Once he figured G- man out he would take him into deep waters That's just my opinion, but i respect yours as well.
He was awesome v Norris, the way he set up the KO was brilliant and Norris was P4P better than Graham.
Eubank would never take that fight, even if he has a chance of winning. He was never one to take a fight that risky.
I don't know if he'd consider McClellan as risky as a pre-Toney Nunn or post-Barkley Toney. Well, he wouldn't I'm sure. He'd fight him if there was money to be made or a belt to be stripped and if King wouldn't want options.
A clash of good and evil, i favour Eubanks on the sole factor he is a personal hero of mine otherwise I think this is close enough that i don’t have a definitive answer.
Not while on the move using all his savvy, the other times he was floored or stopped he was charging right in.
Jackson proved he was a much better finisher than Brown by Norris using his savvy with ease to out-point Brown in their rematch fighting exactly the same way he tried to fight Jackson, the hawk was far more dangerous at 154 that at 160.
Yeah they weren't 145lbers were they dude, they were 195lbers. Still, Manny regarded McClellan as the most talented fighter he's ever worked with.
