Sergio Martinez Vs Paul Williams 1 was an absolute mine field

Calzaghe Vs Hopkins was also very tricky. I was pretty young when it happened, but I’ve come up with a different score card all 3 times I’ve watched it

I need to give this some thought and check my scorecards.

Absolutely agree - that was a nasty one. I had it dead even but half of the rounds were swing rounds.

James Toney-Reggie Johnson was very close and could have gone either way - plenty of close rounds. I had it a draw.

Holmes-Witherspoon. Another one on a knife edge with plenty of scope for both men getting the decision. And another one I had as a draw!

I thought the first two Pacquiao-Marquez fights were very close, tough to score and conceivably could have had any result. Marquez was certainly unlucky to come away with no wins out of those two fights though (but not as unlucky as the third, which he clearly won).

Although I had Zarate winning, his fight with Pintor was a bit of a nightmare to score - plenty of room for interpretation on the scorecards on an individual round basis.

Masao Ohba-Betulio Gonzalez. I had Ohba winning but the individual rounds were incredibly tough to score.

I found the Antonio Cervantes v Wilfred Benitez a toughie. There was such a fine line between harder punches and more punches that I had to stay focused for the full 15 rounds. I felt there was no relaxing because of subtle shifts in the fight. In the end I had it 145-143 for Benitez.
