Sign of Wilder getting very desperate.

Poor Deontay Wilder is having mental problems. It's too late for the third fight now and he should know that.

He needs to go inside a psychiatric hospital for a month or so, I think he'll recover quickly.

In legal terms if the contract did in fact expire then Wilders people could argue what’s known as “Good faith” enforcement due to pandemic/surgery/insert legal long shot here.

If the expiration was solidly written into the agreement Wilder will lose. Mediation is not enforceable. Both sides have to agree when it’s mediation. Arbitration is enforceable even if Wilder doesn’t like it.

Make no mistake, these are all long shot nonsense moves to save face. Wilder does not have a legal leg to stand on if the contract spells out terms with expiration dates.

i understand furies point of view, i wouldnt give wilder a shot at my title either after his character assassination on my person. so if there is no legal bind tying him to a rematch, then just state so and stop the dumbassery where it starts. just say, i am under no obligation to grant a rematch, legal or otherwise.

Good luck pal. Lose lose situation. On one hand the fight never happens and on the other hand he gets his ass kicked again.

He just wants a bit of cash. Why doesn’t he fight someone decent and call him out after that. Surely would need a tune up fight now anyway. He should fight Whyte with both coming off losses and would expect him to win if he’s not totally lost the plot

The issue is neither promoter wants it without a full gate due to the guarantees of both fighters.

So it isn’t gonna happen and Fury cannot just sit on the shelf and wait for full capacity venues.

I think it is all about Wilder trying save face. If he wanted to fight a Fury, why not speak up before Fury moved on.

Also Deontay, learn to take defeat like a man. May have actually gained a few fans if you show a bit of humility when you lose.

Fury never ran, if wilder forced the fight before the contract expired there’s no way Fury could get out of the third fight

Great drama. Personal dislike. Redemption. Revenge. Should be a great fight.

Wilder just trying to save face, never going to happen. If he really wanted it he wouldn't have waited this long. It's getting boring now.
