If this fight goes ahead, is Deontay still ducking?

Wilder is saying he wants to fight Fury, seems to be borderline desperately chasing it.
Fury is clearly saying he does not want to fight Wilder.

    = Wilder is ducking

I think you've missed the plot.
As others have posted above, Dentay was hiding for months after the fight. Then started posting all sorts of far out theories* as to why he lost after the contract option date expired.
    * The costume he wore, Mark Breland, and the ref was against him, Fury's gloves were loaded... :crazylick:

    Didn’t duck it as such
Just took the **** with the dates
Fury was having none of it, probably due to what’s happened in the past with fight postponements and. Re-arrangements

Yes. If he wanted the fight it would be happening, but his actions, or lack thereof, suggest he did not.

Now he is trying to save face by ranting on that Fury is avoiding him. It is purely insane!

Well, yes, because he waited until the contract expired to come out and pretend that he desperately wants it. A few short weeks ago, the entire boxing community was on youtube wondering if he was still alive.

Everything Wilder does is carefully crafted. Some other exaples...

Cancelling out of the Povetkin fight on a bogus steroids charge that the WBC refuted and, and losing a ton of money in court to the Povetkin champ...

Claiming that Joshua ducked him and then accidentally admitting that he turned down piles of money...

Claiming that he has to fight a schoolteacher because no one wants to fight him...

    etc.

I actually defended Wilder a bit, saying that he did want the rematch, but he has shown the world that he is a coward.

I'm not sure, myself. Reason is that Wilder is entirely delusional and the dent may have made matters worse. So he could actually think he would beat Fury 10/10 without the cheating. The other thing is that Winkel has absolute mind control over Wilder and so Winkel might have organised this timing (done the ducking) while feeding Wilder the story it was Fury's team breaking contract, all to help his fighter save face but not have to fight Fury again. Who knows!

I'll ignore the name calling because I'm not 12 and its pointless. :ohno

Warren said yesterday this is going to a Judge to decide if the rematch takes place. Wilders team has instigated this. If the judge forces Fury to fight Wilder and it goes ahead, is Wilder ducking?

Who is needing to be forced to take this fight??

I don't know if he ducked, his team ducked on his behalf without his knowledge or whether they just hoped to drag it all out in the hope of getting a date where they could sell actual venue tickets and make more money.

But its quite clearly on Team Wilder. Fury made it clear months ago he would only stall so long. July came and went, then October and Fury made it clear if it didn't happen in December he would move on. Then came the call from Shirley Winkle to say December was a no go. So Fury stuck to his word.

I do totally believe Wilder knew December had been pulled so all this BS all of a sudden regarding being ready and expecting December is just a load of bollocks. He was the one stating he wasn't even ready to go back to training yet.

It just for show to save face. He has no case and knows it.

18 months ago he turned down the most massive three fight deal in boxing history saying he didn't want to be "tied down". Then he let the rematch clause with Fury expire without saying jack until it was a fact. Only when it's all gone, he starts to kick up a ruckus. It can't get much transparent than that.

Exactly, Wilder has form for doing it like this. It's all about making it look like it's all on the other side. It's Wilders team that originally pulled the plug on the December fight and they knew damn well Fury had said he would wait no longer. But now they act all surprised.

Its all smoke and mirrors. Just like they tried to do with Joshua on a number of occasions. They want to back away from potential fights while making it seem like it's the other side doing it.

They are going to mediation to discuss a fight they stepped back from. They stepped back, let Fury make his call then have made this fuss. Smoke and mirrors.

His really hardcore fans seems to believe whatever they say, so of course it's tempting for them to just see what kind of outrageous **** they can get away with.

The reality is that Wilder probably much rather would like to face friggin' Mike Tyson than Fury again. It's going to be a riot to see his fans claim that that is exactly the right move from him since no one else dares to faces him. :)
